I've got a lot to be thankful for…
• the love of my life (who thinks I don't know he's sneaking bites of turkey to our fat cat) • two beautiful daughters (one in her senior year of high school who's already got one foot out the door toward college, and a second who finds herself more everyday as her sister gets closer to being gone) • a fat cat (who listens when I talk, follows me around the house, and eats my flowers…Does anybody know if it’s okay for the silly beast to eat fresh lavender?) • a home in the country (with an acre and a half of leaves that need to be raked) • a job that I like most days (cause it encourages me to be creative)
