Hi Everybody!

I had a reader write in asking for my Easter Fluff Pie recipe. Here it is. It's super easy and tastes great after a huge holiday meal. Enjoy!

Black Cherry Fluff Pie

3-oz. pkg. black cherry Jello
1½ tablespoons sugar
1 cup boiling water
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons cold water
2 containers of black cherry yogurt
8 oz. container Cool Whip
9-oz. purchased graham cracker pie crust

Mix Jello, sugar, and boiling water for 2 minutes. Add cold water and chill for about 30 minutes. Mix yogurt and Cool Whip into Jello mixture and place in pie crust. Chill about 3 hours.

The great thing about this recipe is that you can change it to suit your tastes. If you like peach, just substitute peach Jello and yogurt for the black cherry. Works great with strawberry and blueberry, too. It's also fun to serve the filling in those single-serving graham cracker crusts. Very pretty for a ladies’ luncheon—especially garnished with the matching fresh fruit.
